Combat Ant Killing Strips Review & Giveaway

COMBAT ANT KILLING BAIT STRIPS

The new Combat Ant and Roach killing strips were easy to apply and designed in a discreet fashion. The slim design allows for placement in various locations throughout your home. This is a great feature because not only do I have kids, but I have cats and dogs. Because of the adhesive backing I can place them in any location safely out of reach of all of my furry and un-furry kids.  It kills fast by using the same killing power found in Combat gels without leaving any mess.

The strips are different than spray because it not only kills the bugs you see but is designed to kill the colony and the nest. The strips contain food and water that is mixed with Fipronil which begins killing almost immediately after the insects come in contact with it. The bugs locate the strips and eat the bait. Upon returning to the nest they carry more of the bait back to the colony and it continues to kill the bugs there as well.

Strips should be placed wherever you see ants or roaches entering your home and for maximum effectiveness distribute all strips at once and replace them when all of the bait has been eaten or as the package specifies. They are available at major retailers and are available in five count ant and ten bar ant varieties.

  1. Ants are gross... Dexter likes to chase them around the floor though. They have already started to invade my home! Yuck!

  3. I haven't seen any yet, but I'm sure it won't be much longer. Every year we get them. I have 2 dogs and a cat. The cat eats them, but the dogs want to play chase with them. It's pretty unfair to the poor ants, lol
